Mr. Chen holds a master's degree in economics from the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University. He had worked for China Construction Bank and China Cinda Asset Management Co., LTD and has over 20 years of experience in finance and investment.

Mr. Luo Zhihai, the Executive Director and the Executive President of Silver Grant International, is in charge of Special Asset Center. Mr. Luo successively served as the Director and Executive Deputy Manager of Guangdong Yuecai Asset Management Co., Ltd., Fellow of Decision-Making Committee of Yuecai Holdings, Head of a sub-branch and General Manager of the International Business Department of a branch of CCB, Managing Director of Huajian International (Macau) Company of CCB Head Office, Director of the Departments of Entities, Investment Banking, Marketing and Business of Guangdong Branch of China Cinda. He has over 30 years of experience in the operations management of banking, asset management, funds and other fields. Mr. Luo engaged in construction management, credit loans, international business, asset management, reorganization, and funds. Especially in capital management, he led the acquisition and disposal of non-performing financial assets with an amount of over RMB200 billion, making a profit of nearly RMB20 billion. He is a field expert in the non-performing asset industry and the management of financial holdings group.

He graduated from Sun Yat-sen University with a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree of Laws. He used to work in the Supervisory Committee and the General Office of the Government of Guangdong Province, attending to tasks in respect of anti-corruption, laws, policies and comprehensive administration. After resigning from public office, he joined Zhuguang Holdings Group Company Limited (01176.HK), where he served as the General Manager of the President Office (HR Center) of the Group, General Manager of the Legal Affairs Center, Member of the Decision-Making Committee, General Manager of the Investment Center and Board Chairman of real estate business. He concurrently serves as the Fellow of the Youth Federation of Guangdong Province, Director of the Law Society of Guangdong Province, Deputy Director of the Law Committee of Guangdong Old Town Old Factory Old Village Recreation Association and Research Supervisor for postgraduates of Jinan University.

He was also the CFO of a real estate company and a company whose subsidiary was engaged in the media business in the PRC; worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 10 years. Mr. Ng holds a Master’s Degree of Commerce from Macquarie University in Australia and is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Certified Practising Accountants of Australia.
